Located on the west coast of Corfu, on a sloping site surrounded by nature and offering stunning views of the Ionian Sea.

The main focus was to preserve the site as much as possible and integrate the project into its natural surroundings, making it a seamless part of the landscape. Through the design process, and in response to the site’s steep slope, three subterranean volumes emerged, accommodating all functions, both public and private.

Nature and architecture meet in harmony through the use of natural materials and clean geometric lines.

Within the interior open spaces, the use of light wells along the perimeter allows natural light to penetrate throughout the day while also serving as visual connections to the exterior, enhancing the sense of spaciousness and extending the perceived living area.

The volumes are connected both internally and externally through a network of corridors and pathways—paved and organic—that unify the composition and lead to the project’s focal points.
