Located on the southwestern coast of Corfu, in the Paramonas area, Villa Ionica is set on the seafront amidst an olive grove and enjoys direct access to a secluded beach.

The architectural concept of the residence is based on the gradual revelation of both space and landscape. A continuous stone wall defines the linear entrance courtyard, creating an intermediate space that guides visitors from the exterior environment into the interior of the home.

The building is arranged over two levels, following the natural slope of the terrain. Its composition is carefully integrated into the surrounding landscape and oriented toward the Ionian Sea, maximizing panoramic views across its full extent.

The interplay of open and sheltered outdoor spaces, colonnades, and simple geometric volumes creates a residence in which architecture engages in a continuous dialogue with the landscape, natural light, and the sea.
